State Restrictions

The state restrictions provided by the Company are intended solely as a general guide and may not identify or address every federal, state, local, municipal, or administrative law, regulation, ordinance, restriction, or requirement applicable to a particular customer, item, transaction, or jurisdiction.

Each customer is solely and exclusively responsible for knowing, understanding, and complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing the purchase, possession, ownership, transfer, transportation, storage, use, and receipt of any product ordered from the Company, including, without limitation, firearms, firearm components, magazines, ammunition, suppressors, NFA items, optics, parts, and related accessories.

The Company operates in strict compliance with applicable law and reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or decline any order where the Company determines, in its sole discretion, that the transaction may violate applicable law, Company policy, shipping restrictions, vendor requirements, or regulatory obligations. The Company’s publication of state restrictions, product limitations, or compliance guidance is not intended to constitute, and shall not be construed as, legal advice.

The Company makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee that any product offered for sale is lawful for purchase, possession, transfer, transportation, receipt, or use in any particular state, county, municipality, or other jurisdiction. Customers who are uncertain as to the legality of any product or transaction in their jurisdiction should consult a qualified attorney, applicable regulatory authority, or local law enforcement agency before placing an order.

Pistol Grip, Thumbhole Stock, or other Stock which allows an individual to grip the Firearm directly below any portion of the Action of the Firearm

  • Forward Pistol Grip
  • Flash Suppressor

  • Bayonet mount

Semi-Auto Rifle with a Fixed Magazine Cannot have:

  • More than 10 Rounds

Semi-Auto Pistols with a Detachable Magazine Cannot have:

  • Magazine located outside of the Pistol Grip
  • Threaded Barrel capable of accepting a Flash Suppressor, Forward Pistol Grip, or Silencer
  • Shroud that encircles the Barrel except for a Slide
  • Secondhand Grip
  • Weigh more than 50oz

Semi-Auto Pistol with a Fixed Magazine cannot have:

  • More than 10 Rounds

Semi-Auto Shotgun cannot have:

  • Folding or Telescoping Stock

Pistol Grip, Thumbhole Stock, or Stock that allows the individual to place the Trigger Hand under any portion of the Action

  • Shroud that encircles the Barrel except for a Slide (Handguard)
  • Ability to accept a Detachable Magazine
  • Revolving Cylinder

Any Semi-Auto Firearm that is not a Pistol, Revolver, Rifle, or Shotgun cannot have:

Pistol Grip, Thumbhole Stock, or other Stock that allows the individual to position the Trigger Hand under any portion of the action of the Firearm

  • Ability to accept a Detachable Magazine outside of the Pistol Grip
  • A Fixed Magazine more than 10 Rounds
  • A Flash Suppressor or Silencer, or a Threaded Barrel
  • A Shroud except a Slide
  • A Secondhand Grip
  • An Arm-Brace

Delaware

  • No Sales of Suppressors
  • No Sales of Short Barreled Shotguns
  • No Sales of Short Barreled Rifles
  • No Sales of Automatic Knives
  • No Binary Triggers
  • No Rifle or Shotgun Sales to any Resident of Delaware that is under 21 Years Old

No variants of AR-15 or AK-47, Rifle or Pistol, or Completed Lowers are to be Sold or Shipped to Delaware

  • Airguns can not be larger than .177 Cal

No Semi-automatic, centerfire Rifle that can accept a detachable Magazine and has any of the following features:

  • Folding or Telescoping Stock
  • Pistol Grip or a Thumbhole Stock

  • Possesses a Revolving Cylinder

No Semi-Automatic Centerfire Pistol with a Fixed Magazine that can accept more than 17 Rounds

  • No Semi-Automatic Rifle with a Fixed Magazine than can accept more than 17 Rounds
  • No Magazines with a Capacity Over 17 Rounds

No Semi-Automatic Pistol that has a Detachable Magazine and has any of the following features:

  • An Ammunition Magazine that attaches to the Pistol Outside of the Pistol Grip
  • A Threaded Barrel

A Shroud that is attached to, or Partially or Completely encircles the Barrel, except for a Slide
